Through working with many educational professionals this is in turn resulted in me working closely with a number of multi-academy trusts (MATs). With a deep understanding of how MATs are both ran and funded it enables me to support them in a way tailored to their needs.

There are various ways I help with MATs and a few are mentioned below.

1. Being the MATs adviser of choice for all their staff.
2. Integrating financial wellbeing into their wellness offering.
3. Assisting with the MATs Cash Management.
4. Looking at the MATs employee benefits complementing the benefits offered through the Teachers’ Pension Scheme and Local Government Pension Scheme.
5. Looking at the overall financial approach of the MAT and their long-term objectives for funding etc.
